Digital Forum 2018 – harnessing technology to grow your Cornish business – is a one day, fully funded, event taking place on Thursday 27 September at Hotel Victoria, Newquay.
The day will highlight how Cornish businesses from a variety of sectors have embraced digital technology enabling them to cut costs, reach new markets and grow.
There will be lightning talks from businesses explaining how they have exploited technology, sessions from Digital Business Enablers to explain how digital can help small and medium businesses with their development plans. Plus, workshop sessions, opportunities for 1-2-1s with Digital Business Advisers and exhibitors offering show and tell on technology products.
Kate Doodson from digital experts Cosmic will be running a session on how Personal Productivity is key to being a successful business leader. This will cover how to transform your time management with practical tips and digital tools that can improve productivity on the go, at home and in the office.
Sara Pugh from Marketing Agency Eight Wire will be running a workshop on Your Digital Brand looking at practical tips for marketing your business’s brand online including how branding can be portrayed in a digital environment, building a business through social and digital networking and managing your online reputation.
And our very own Digital Enabler Steve Edwards will be talking about Moving to the Cloud
